At Maurer and Coughlin Wrestling Club, we prepare young athletes for the grueling sport of wrestling. We provide intense physical and mental training for the various experiences they will encounter in their wrestling careers.

 Not only do we follow the blueprints from our own careers, but we strive to stay current on recent wrestling techniques in order to make our students the most successful and competitive around.  Our club covers the proper ways of drilling, training, and most importantly, developing mental toughness! 

We began wrestling when we were 4 and 5 years old. Since then we have trained together and competed together throughout our whole careers. We have accomplished a lot together and we know the route to take to become great in this sport.
